Delegate Pushkin moves to amend "SB687 HFA PHILLIPS AND BURKHAMMER 3-6 #1"on page 1, Section 4, line 9, following the word "Senate" by striking out the word "or" and inserting in lieu thereof a comma, and on page 1, Section 4, line 10, following the word "Delegates" by inserting the following: "and the Minority Leader of each House".
